Sea buckthorn berries are rich in vitamins - A, C, H, PP, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9; sugars, protein and tannins, pectins, organic acids, volatile; contain micro and macro elements: iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus.

Sea buckthorn is taken orally for diseases of the cardiovascular system, blood diseases, gastritis, peptic ulcer, vitamin deficiencies.

The daily intake of sea buckthorn syrup for a child is 1-2 teaspoons, for an adult - 2-4 teaspoons.

For the preparation were used: sea buckthorn berries, fructose.
